Chemotherapy

Both can make the woman sick, since the chemicals used in chemotherapy have been known to negatively interfere with one’s immune system. Radiation Therapy
Radiation therapy is not a preferred ovarian cancer treatment in the United States because the amount of radiation that is required to kill the cancer cells could harm vital organs in the digestive tract. However, as an ovarian cancer treatment, radiation therapy works well in situations where the tumors are confined to just the ovaries themselves. This makes it a great ovarian cancer treatment for individuals who do not want to undergo the risks associated with surgical intervention or the illness associated with chemotherapy. However, if they are in the United States, they may have to consider going abroad to take advantage of it.
